Telos Water comprises of a team of highly experienced engineers and project managers with
more than 40 years combined experience providing water management solutions to the
mining, industrial and municipal sectors.
The core Telos team have held senior positions within the mining, construction and EPC
industry having been directly involved in the origination, design, construction, and operation
of several advanced water treatment plants across the African mining and municipal sectors.
Our ability to continuously innovate, ensures our water management solutions are tailored
specifically to each of our client’s unique requirements. We do this by supporting our clients
through the various project life cycle stages from concept to execution to ensure all objectives
are met at the lowest cost of ownership.
The core Telos team is augmented by strong partners with long standing relationships and
proven capacity to collaborate and deliver cost competitive and functional solutions. This
partnership model allows us to remain flexible in meeting our global client’s requirements
and increase execution capacity on short notice.
Telos Water’s ethos is to provide our clients with the nimble and flexible contracting
approaches from turnkey EPC, EPCM or financed BOOT/M solutions.

The future of water
Water scarcity is becoming a limitation to economic growth and innovative water management solutions are required to provide end users with a mix of water reuse strategies to achieve their objectives. Water reuse is a fundamental operational pillar that needs to be developed through collaborative partnerships with our clients to reduce their reliance on depleting freshwater resources with the aim to become self-sustainable and reduce one’s water footprint.

Richard Hein
Managing Director
Richard is a civil engineer by profession, having held
executive positions in several top tier construction and
EPC companies in the country.
He has led the design,
construction, and commissioning of advanced water
treatment projects across the African continent.
Richard is well versed in a wide variety of contracting
models and methodologies and brings his experience
and practical approach to the project execution and
client engagements.
Richard prides himself on
delivering high quality, on time projects.
Clinton Naicker
Technical Director
Clinton is a professionally registered chemical engineer
with a postgraduate in water engineering. He has in-
depth practical knowledge across the entire water
management value chain from originations, concept
studies, modelling of complex industrial water systems,
design and operation & maintenance. With this
experience he is able to bridge the gap between design
considerations and operational effectiveness in the
pursuit of holistic water management solutions to
maximize value delivery to our clients.
